十大避稅天堂: 美國

美國也在爭奪「稅收天堂」的稱號，這是五年來的美國排名第三次上升。2013年則排在第6位，2015年美國上升至第3位，而2018年已經占據了第二的位置。

從2015年到2018年，美國在全球離岸金融服務市場的份額從19.6%上升到22.3%。其中，特拉華州、內華達州和懷俄明州是美國著名的避稅天堂。

FSI指出，美國現在擁有全球最大的離岸金融市場份額，僅有倫敦金融城能與之抗衡，外國精英正利用美國作為「掠奪財富的避風港」。
